16RH/RHS
KESLA 16RH is the market's lightest professional harvester head equipped with four delimbing knives and multi-stem functions. It's specially designed for integrated harvesting of timber and biomass. Professional multi-stem functions and the unique proAX-cutting systems are unequalled features in this size- and weight class. The 16RH and 16RHS are real powerhouses for thinning, suited to 6-10 tons wheeled harvesters and tractors.
18RH/RHS
With the new frame, delimbing knife, shaft and bearing solutions of the KESLA 18RH II, efforts have been made for even better durability and a lesser need for service even in the most demanding operating conditions. The new, more spacious system enables the achievement of a clearly higher feed force and speed with significantly reduced fuel consumption. The feed is now supplemented with a hydraulic traction control. Along with the changes made in the structures and hydraulics, the serviceability of the grapple has reached an entirely new level.
The KESLA 18RH II is also available with a single movable rear blade. The bolt-on rear blade package can also be installed later. The rear blade improves the delimbing of the trunk and keeps the big trees in the jaws better during the feed.
The new KESLA 18RH-II is suitable for installation on basic machines weighing 7 to 13 tons, and large agricultural tractors/excavators of 7-10 tons.
19RH-III
Thanks to its modular design, the new KESLA 19RH-III harvester head
can be optimized to operate under a wide variety of conditions,with different
woods and on different basic machines. The KESLA 19RH-III is a 3-knife
felling head with a rear delimbing knife,suitable for the first or following thinnings,
as well as the harvest of short-rotation eucalyptus and acacia plantations with or
without debarking.
As 3 knives, the 19RH-III is an excellent choice for manipulator a slightly more
difficult acacia. If head weight is a factor critical, the 19RH-III is a great choice
because of its lighter weight.
It is best suited for installation on hydraulic excavators of
8 to 13 tonnes or wheeled harvesters.
20RH/RHS
The KESLA 20RH-II and 20RHS-II are fast and agile heads for thinning and final fellings where the trees' average diameter is less than 30 cm. The head's maximum opening is 45 cm. Considering their size class, these lightweight yet sturdily constructed harvester heads provide exceptionally powerful feeding and sawing forces. Thanks to the 4 delimbing knives, the picking properties and delimbing quality are excellent.
Additional accessories include the procon and hydcon features as well as color marking device, automatic chain tightener and stump treatment device. The KESLA 20RH-II and 20RHS-II heads can be equipped also for productive biomass harvesting with the unique kesla proax-cutting system and multi-stem functions.

20SH
The Kesla 20SH-II stroke harvester is particularly well suited to the effective processing of robustly branched trees, either standing or in piles. Processing of valuable special trees without damaging timber surface is also easy with this harvester head. Thanks to the prostroke partial stroke function, even the delimbing of crooked trees is efficient. The optimum diameter of trees is 25 cm. The Kesla 20SH-II suits 7-13 ton base machines.
21RH-II
The new KESLA 21RH-III harvester head can also
be optimized for a wide variety of different conditions
wood and various basic machines. The KESLA 21RH-III is a
4-knife felling head with two rear delimbing knives,
adapted to the first thinning or to the following thinning, as well
than at harvest from short eucalyptus and acacia plantations

installation on hydraulic excavators from 10 to 13 tonnes or
wheeled harvesters.
25RH/RHS
The KESLA 25RH-II and 25RHS-II are truly versatile harvester heads for thinning and final felling where the trees' average diameters are less than 40 cm. The head's maximum opening is 58 cm. The excellent balance, combined with the geometry of the rollers and knives, facilitates and speeds up the picking of trees either standing or laying on the ground, either vertically or from bundles lying on the ground. The head is also well suited to the processing on landing.
Additional accessories include the proCon, hydCon and Eucapro features as well as color marking device, automatic chain tightener as well as stump treatment device. The 25RH-II and 25RHS-II can be equipped also for productive biomass harvesting with the unique KESLA proAX-cutting system and multi-stem functions.
KESLA 25RH-II and 25RHS-II are best suited to 12-20 ton base machines. The 25RHS-II has been designed especially for use with excavators.
25SH
The KESLA 25SH-II stroke harvester is at its best when processing robustly branched trees – standing or in piles – requiring substantial delimbing force. The stroke technology ensures that the tree's surface is not damaged, facilitating the gentle handling of valuable timber. The 25SH-II suits cut-to-length harvesting of standing trees as well as the processing on landing. The optimum tree diameter is 40 cm.
The unique, combined middle feeding jaws and delimbing knives give even more force to handle heavy trees and improve delimbing quality. Thanks to the prostroke partial stroke function, even delimbing of crooked trees is efficient. The KESLA 25SH-II suits 10-15 ton base machines.
27RH-ll
KESLA 27RH-II is an all new head for final felling. The head features powerful hydraulics combined with totally new modular frame construction, ensuring market’s best power-to-weight ratio. Kesla’s unique feed roller geometry with variable roller angle gives excellent traction and minimized friction when delimbing. This together with powerful hydraulics enables even 36kNm delimbing force at high feeding speed, all with less fuel consumption. Short frame with a single rear delimbing knife makes the head powerful also when processing crooked trees. That’s why KESLA 27RH-II is an excellent choice for debarking eucalyptus or acacia.
28RH-ll
KESLA 28RH-II is a totally new head for final felling, replacing the old KESLA 28RH well known for its reliability and durability. The head features powerful hydraulics combined with totally new modular frame construction, ensuring excellent power-to-weight ratio. Kesla’s unique feed roller geometry with variable roller angle gives excellent traction and minimized friction when delimbing. This together with powerful hydraulics enables even 36kNm delimbing force at high feeding speed, all with less fuel consumption. KESLA 28RH-II is available as 2WD as well 3WD version featuring a bottom roller with two motors. It’s a perfect choice for both soft and harwood logging as well as debarking eucalyptus or acacia.
29RH-ll
Like its little brother 27RH-II, KESLA 29RH-II is a 3-knife 2WD harvester head. The technology is equivalent to the 27RH-II, but instead of the ultimate power/weight ratio the construction is made to last in the most demanding working conditions.
Due to its compact design, large diameter feed rollers, excellent protection and a robust construction, the harvester head is ideal for felling crooked and branched hardwoods.
29RH-II is also available with an integrated top saw (29RH-II TS).
KESLA 29RH-II is suitable for the heaviest wheeled harvesters and 20 to 30 ton track equipped excavators.
30RH-ll
KESLA 30RH-II is a totally new head for heavy-duty final felling, replacing the old KESLA 30RH well known for its reliability and long lifetime. The head features powerful hydraulics combined with totally new sturdy and modular frame construction, ensuring good power-to-weight ratio and long lifetime also in the toughest possible working conditions. Kesla’s unique feed roller geometry with variable roller angle gives excellent traction and minimized friction when delimbing. This together with powerful hydraulics enables even 32kNm delimbing force at high feeding speed, all with less fuel consumption. KESLA 30RH-II is available as 2WD as well as 3WD version featuring a bottom roller with two motors. It’s a perfect choice for both soft and harwood logging as well as debarking eucalyptus or acacia.
